New Advanced Model in 2008 with Least Tooling Cost
We are proud to introduce 2 new models to market in 2008. With brand-new design machine is more compact in size and, the most important thing, we are able to use least mold parts in the new process. As comparison to other 3-station and 4-station designs BLOWPLAS' 2-station process needs least neck cavities and has more effective mold width, that is, to have more productivity at least tooling cost. Tooling cost is always a big issue in production, now we can offer the best solution to save huge cost.

Specialty

For high quality cosmetic bottle BLOWPLAS is able to make clear,  transparent, glass-like PET bottle with 3-4mm wall thickness. This is a better solution than using expensive PETG and, from chemical point of view, PET provides better chemical resistance to many common solvents in the cosmetics industry.
